Sharewell Condos is a 4-storey mixed-use development by Trinity Point Developments that utilizes retail space on the ground level and residential units from the second storey and above. The building features several key elements. The proposed development is a U-shaped building with an inner courtyard on the second floor. At 4-storeys tall, the fourth floor is set back 3m to minimize visual impact. One level of below-grade parking is supplemented with covered surface parking in the rear courtyard for commercial and residential visitors. An articulated retail storefront and landscaped promenade animate the street and provide for a vibrant public realm.

Located at 9929 Keele Street, Vaughan, Sharewell Condos was designed with five core values in mind:
