Magical Malvern Condos is a new preconstruction project located at 31 Tapscott Road in Scarborough and developed by Davpart. This project will consist of 39 Storeys and 470 units ranging from one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom. Malvern Town Centre is undergoing a transformation into a vibrant and welcoming community. Malvern Town Center could become a true town center with new parks, affordable housing, community spaces, and amenities. In order to achieve a beautiful, inclusive, and complete community over time, the plan is to proceed slowly, in 10 phases. Phase 1 construction is expected to begin within three to five years. At the southeast corner of the Malvern Town Centre parking lot, two upcoming residential towers will be built. Taibu Health Centre and the mall itself will remain unchanged during the construction.
There will be landscaping, tree planting, and greenery to enjoy on the 27.4-acre site. There will be a trail that doubles as an ice rink on four acres of land. This will include a central park, central plaza, play area, and play area during the winter. McLevin Woods Park’s boundaries will be enlarged by all of this expanded green space. In addition, all proposed residential towers will include both public and private outdoor green amenities for the peaceful enjoyment of residents and the community.
