The project is proposed to have three towers comprising of around 700 units in total. It will consist of 39 three-bedroom units, 177 two-bedroom units, 414 one-bedroom units, and 21 bachelor units. According to the developer’s plan, Phase 1 will be a single 16-storey tower residential building located on the south side, while Phase 2 will have twin towers comprising of 16-storey and 13-storey tower respectively on the north side.
