About Dixie Outlet Mall Redevelopment

The Dixie Outlet Mall Redevelopment is a new preconstruction project located at 1250 South Service Road in Mississauga’s Lakeview community and developed by Slate Asset Management. This property will be redeveloped from Dixie Plaza, which opened in 1956 and was the area’s first mall. It is now known as Dixie Outlet Mall and offers residents daily necessities.
