About Connecting Cooksville Condos

Connecting Cooksville Condos is a new residential condo development by TAS in an excellent Mississauga location. This project proposes multiple residential towers offering more than 2,200 new homes with immediate access to transit, shopping, dining, and more.

Touted as the only tri-mobility hub in the city, Connecting Cooksville Condos will offer direct access to Regional Transit, Rapid Bus Service, and the Light Rail Transite.

Nearly half of the project site will be dedicated to a publicly accessible public realm with a central community gathering space, in which the project places a heavy emphasis on fostering community where people can live, work, and connect together.

In partnership with the City of Mississauga, Connecting Cooksville Condos will also deliver a new full-service community centre and public library, with the potential for an aquatics centre, gymnasium, multi-use meeting and gathering spaces, and daycare.
