A newly proposed development by Kingsett Capital calls for a new 2-tower condominium with a connecting podium at Yonge & College. Currently, a Courtyard Marriott Hotel exists at the site, but the proposal calls for it to be demolished in favour of a mixed-use development, for retail, residential and hotel use. The proposed condo is planned to have a total of over 30,000 sq. ft. of combined indoor/outdoor amenity space.
Though the development is considered to be a part of the Church & Wellesley neighbourhood, you’ll be facing one of Toronto’s most popular streets, Yonge Street. The condo is positioned just north of College Station, allowing for easy access to Toronto’s booming transit system, great for getting around the city!
