Located on the east side of Keele, backing onto Woodborough Park, 2175 Keele is a new condo and townhouse project by The Daniels Corporation and Diamond corp currently in pre-construction. Upon occupancy, 731 new residential units will be added to the neighbourhood.

This development is considered to be a master planned community, next to the Keelesdale Station. Some major intersections located nearby include Eglinton Avenue West, Keele Street and Trethewey Drive. The project site is at the former Humber River Hospital Keele Street Site which is being redeveloped since the new Humber River Hospital has opened on 1235 Wilson Avenue West.
