The Victoria Village neighbourhood in Scarborough welcomes a new mixed-use development on the corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue. This condominium, currently in pre-construction, will be 18.56 acres in total, backing on to a small park just southeast of the Eglinton and Victoria Park intersection. It will join a collection of shopping centres across the GTA and add life to the community.
