Led by Sherry Larjani, a champion of inclusive development, the dedicated team pursues a singular vision to build thriving, multi-use sites that leave a tangible and lasting impact on the community.

The firm specializes in the acquisition of properties for the purpose of redevelopment into high density residential and mixed-use projects. With years of experience in navigating the municipal re-zoning and approval process, we create value through securing the highest and best-use sites, while ensuring a timely and efficient zoning process.

Spotlight Development has formed various joint ventures with recognized builders in the Greater Toronto Area for construction and development projects. The company currently has a number of projects in the pipeline, including a mixed-use building in Toronto at the corner of River and Queen Street East, in partnership with Liberty Development. We are also part of Toronto’s first all-female real-estate development team, building Reina Condos in partnership Urban-Capital, located at the Queensway and Royal York. A new ground-breaking affordable home ownership development is also underway near Black Creek Drive & Lawrence Ave W.
