A young artist will be chose as the winner for producing the most heart-warming and inspiring message. This art will be displayed on a billboard at 1140 Yonge Street in Midtown Toronto. A combined monetary donation of at least $30,000 will also be made to a select list of charities doing inspiring work during this pandemic.
