CentreCourt Developments is a real estate company focused on the development of high-rise residential communities located near major amenities, rapid transit networks and employment areas across the Greater Toronto Area.
The founder and President of CentreCourt, Andrew Hoffman, was previously Chief Operating Officer of Menkes Developments Ltd. where he played a vital role in some of Toronto’s major real estate projects including Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, 25 York Street, Lumiere Condominiums, two major mixed-use developments comprising 4 million sq. ft. in the North York Corridor and numerous office and industrial projects completed throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
CentreCourt Developments currently has three major high-rise residential developments in downtown Toronto – Peter Street Condominiums, Karma Condominiums and INDX Condominiums. Between these three developments, CentreCourt has over 1,700 condominium homes in development.
