Expo City Phase 5, now known as the CG Tower, will be a part of Expo City by the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Quickly being nicknamed “downtown north”, Vaughan is becoming a major part of the GTA. The subway will run on the extended York-Spadina line. Jane St is just eastward, Highway 400 is westward and Highway 7 is southward. You can easily get from Vaughan to downtown in under an hour!
Located along Highway 7 in Vaughan, the CG Tower will be situated at the north position of the development site, with a view of Black Creek. It will stand 61 storeys tall with a striking design by Quadrangle Architects. Units will come in a variety of sizes and layouts, anywhere from 700 sq. ft. to over 2000!
