This development is on the north east corner of Broadview and Mortimer, and it is bordered by an existing low-rise commercial building to the north, and existing low-rise residences to the east. Nearly all errands will be able to be accomplished without the use of a car, and this is largely due to the adjacently located Sobeys grocery store.
